All the people behind the counter are super helpful but only one place there to eat which was KFC and the health department needs to shut them down...food was undercooked and still bloody fries where hard as a rock and the pigeons came inside and walked around begging for food and the pigeons were not scared of you at all....

If you are in a major hurry., Then Don't go to the counter. Better off getting your destination tickets on line for your trip. Print it or keep bar code on t phone,to board. And for a big surprise you will get a discount on your tickets.

It's not the cleanest place there is, there are pigeons living inside the ceiling covers, and they walk around freely. There's no wifi, or outlets, and weather is not exactly moderated

This is the main bus station for Metro morose and you can go anywhere in Mexico from here very well organized but they do charge for the bathroom

Small station. I was treated very well and was able to transboard smoothly to a bus going to the south. No fast food and that was the downside of the station.

No outlets to charge your phone and no A/C. Plenty of bus companies to chose from. There's people who help carry your luggage for whatever amount you want to tip.
